Zeus Eden, a former education award recipient has graduated from university and will make a presentation at 7.30 AM on March 1 via zoom.

Meeting:
Bob Dodds introduced the speaker, Rob Lister, President and CEO, Oakville Enterprise Corporation, the holding company of Oakville Hydro. Oakville Enterprises Corporation has grown to become Ontario’s ninth largest electricity distributor. The salient points of the presentation were:- - History of Oakville Hydro and growth of OEC. Began in 1889, first electric light installed in Oakville.
- Oakville Hydro Corporation was created.
- Revolutionary Distribution Services.
- Setting the foundation for the future.
- Systematic expansion of energy and infrastructure services.
- OEC group of companies. 14 brands, 2000 employees.
- OEC contributed largely towards the OTMH and Town of Oakville.
