Bulletin Update Michael Conway
The RCO meeting held at Seasons with the meeting chaired by President Tareq Nasser.  The dinner and meeting layout was “great”

  2. Meeting started 6:30PM… Adjourned at 8:20PM.  Nice job!

Klaus Simon
1) Klaus and family have sold their house and will be moving north in 2017
2) He will continue to be part of the club
3) He is looking for somebody to replace him for WWW Master in the future

Michael Conway
1) Promotion of the speakers series May 29 is starting
2) You have all received an email assistance document
3) First email blast set for this week
4) 4 Tickets sold to date
5) Myra Hanna will be contacting the Oakville Beaver
6) Amin Kawar said he will visit the other clubs in the next 30 days to promote the Speaker series
 
Lenn Potts
  1. Going on some training on how to be a President
  2. Getting some ideas to implement from other clubs
  3. Has observed we are technical behind. 
  4. Finalizing  the banking to deposit the RCO Trust funds
  5. Still looking for Corporate Sponsors for the Speakers Series
Rudy Habesch
  1. Highlighted some upcoming Rotary meetings
  2. Looking for people for lodging for 2018 Rotary Convention.  Sign up.  In can be rewarding
Speaker  -  Deiter Staudinger Antarctic Expedition
 
A fabulous presentation from Deiter on his two expeditions across the Antarctic.  Anybody sleep outside last weekend?  Now do it for 20 days!  And pull your 400 pounds of luggage behind you as you kite ski 1800km within the continent.  On the plus side!  You do not have to pack a flashlight which should make the constant packing and unpacking at the end of the day in your 6X6 Hyatt tent easier.
