At it’s meeting on August 28, 2012, the Marysville Rotary Club issued a check to Rotary International for $1,000 as a partial payment for this year’s support of the Polio eradication efforts.
The check was presented by club president Bill Berg (right) to District 6330 Governor Thomas Robitaille (left).
The fight to end polio is led by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, which includes Rotary International, UNICEF, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and governments of the world, with the support of many others around the globe. |

On July 10, 2012 the Marysville Rotary Club installed new officers for the 2012 - 2013 year. They are:
President – Bill Berg Vice President – Carolyn Hunter Secretary - Joanne Niederhauser Treasurer – Cathy Fitz Sgt. at Arms - Keith Zick
These officers were installed by Past President Kate Jackson at the Ralph Butler Memorial Rotary Pavilion in Marysville Park.
The Marysville Rotary Club normally meets at 12:05 PM on Tuesday at the Alexander’s Premier Banquet Facility & Restaurant in Marysville.
The Marysville Rotary Club is a part of Rotary International, an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
