Helen Bambling — volunteer at the Redcliffe Breakfast Club — was recognised as a Paul Harris Fellow for her 15 years of exemplary community service, which aligned with Rotary ideals. Helen was presented with a commemorative certificate and a lapel pin by sponsor, Monique Betty and President, Colin Scobie at Rotary Redcliffe Sunrise's Wednesday breakfast meeting on September 2.

Helen's recognition was made possible through the generosity of Monique Betty and her father, Steve Pronk — ex Rotarian and former president of the Rotary Club of Redcliffe City (1996-1997).
The Paul Harris Fellowship was established in 1957 by The Rotary Foundation to acknowledge individuals who contribute cumulative gifts of US$1,000 or more to the Foundation's educational and humanitarian programs. It was created to honor Paul Harris — who founded Rotary in 1905.
