Dr. Doug Melton, Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Kettering University, expressed the importance of taking the knowledge students gain in the classroom and teaching them to apply it in creative ways throughout their professional careers. His goal is to teach students the trade, while creating a passion for their ideas.
