Job Changes for Club Members

Congrats to Erin Lamb and Connie Peters on some career changes.  Connie has accepted the position of Director of Development for the Boys and Girls Club of Flint and Erin has opened ER Sports and Leadership.

Erin's new company's mission is to teach student athletes the skills they need to be empowered on and off the field by blending professional leadership training with sports-focused character development. 

Services:
Year-long student athlete leadership training for high school sophomores and juniors that includes:
- 7 of 9 group sessions
- Two service projects
-Skills training
- Mentoring sessions (with an athlete mentor)
- One parent/athlete workshop

Three-part team workshops that include:
- One-on-one coach conversation
- Practice observation
-Customized team-building workshop

Leadership and program development
- Group facilitation
- Grant writing
- Workshop coordination
