Once again the streets will be packed in downtown Flint, but this time it will be filled with car lovers of all ages as they enjoy the activities provided by Back to the Bricks August 17 through the 21st.

Al Hatch, Chairman of Back to the Bricks Cruise and Car Show, shared many of the exciting details of this summer's upcoming event.   The kick off will be on August 17 with a FREE drive in movie at the US23 Drive In.  Saturday starts with the 8:00 am opening ceremony and then spectators can enjoy seeing cars up close and personal in downtown Flint till 8:00 pm. 

As a lifetime Flint resident, Al Hatch explained the extreme importance of the impact Back to the Bricks has on our local economy.  Over 25,000 cars and over 250,000 spectators are expected to participate in this year's cruise.  Blackstones Bar & Grill served over 20,000 meals and Burton McDonalds' business increase 10 times during the cruise were sited as a couple examples.
