Why I Became a Rotarian..Kenin Nose (Visiting Rotarian)

Visiting Rotarian, Kenin Nose, of Bexley, Ohio, shared his thoughts on why he became a Rotarian.  Kenin is an attorney by profession, and he said that he got involved with Rotary when he provided legal assistance to his friend in setting up the organizational portions of the club as a 501((3)(C) entity.  He never got the opportunity to actively get involved to perform other services, other than legal services.

He feels that Rotarians get immediate gratification of being involved in a project by doing "hand on" activities.  He says that being a Rotarian gives one a great opportunity to be involved, and to be involved with people who have the high standards of Rotary appealed to him.  Had he known then that it would be such a great time to go different places and be able to sit down with other  Roarians, he probably would have joined earlier.  Rotarian Kenin appreciates the opportunity to serve and place 'Service Above Self'.
