Board meeting Review of Actions:  passed
minutes, donating $2,000 to Chess Tournament and  make a line item
in budget; move $2,000from Other Charitable Contributions to newly
created Chess Tournament Fund.

Rreplace incoming board member Simon
(who has relocated) with Ash.  Barbara will be Paul Harris
representative for our club. Charlotte Amalie is host club this year,
Paul Harris function is March 5, 2011. 

At January 26th meeting, Secretary Cassie will have district conference shirts for sale.
