Why I Became a Rotarian...Pierre Ducloux

Pierre relocated from Minnesota in 2003 and the only person that he knew in St. Thomas was his wife. When he was in Minnesota he had interfaced with Rotarians Boaty and the late Patricia McCoy and they told him about Rotary II, the best Rotary club on the island.  He decided that Rotary would be a good way to meet people from the business community and it would also  help him to serve the community the best he could.  He especially enjoyed 2006 when he was the coordinator of the Interact Club at Antilles School.  Pierre said that It was a very interesting task working with the kids and much was accomplished.  A few years later he was involved as the Car Raffle Chair, and this responsibility proved to be quite a  challenge. 

All in all, Pierre is happy that he joined Rotary II where he met all the beautiful, nice and interesting people.
