Why I Became a Rotarian...Conrad Francois

Ricky said that he became a Rotarian because PP Thraen asked him, and one does not refuse PP Thraen.  Subsequent to Hurrcane Hugo, he had just taken the helm of the VI Housing Authority, and was in the middle of the recovery program, and had spoken to several Rotary clubs  during that period.  He had seen Rotary II up close and it   made an impact on him because he knew and respected many of the members.  He became a Rotarian with an all star group which included Al LaBorde and Tany Thomas and he still considers himself an all-star.  He assured all that he will continue as a Rotarian until 'kingdom comes'
