Best Paper:   Preston Miller – St. Croix; Best Response: Carlinthia Cox – St. Croix Best Presentation: Preston Miller – St. Croix - The St. Croix campus was the overall winner of the competition.     PP Erva shared with this editor, a former school teacher, the excitement and exhiliration of being a part of this event, in which the students took their roles seriously and presented themselves on the highest academic level.  I congratulate those who took part, and, a big thank you to our local Rotarys for continuing this partnership.
