The Picnic Fellowship was FUN!

Rotary II's first Fellowship for the Rotary Year was a wonderful "fun in the sun" afternoon at Magen's Bay. Rotarians, their family, Rotaract potential club members and friends had a wonderful time fellowshipping with each other.

Congratulations to our newest Rotarians, Clarence, and Brenda for their hard work and dedication to seeing the event accomplished and successful.

"Service above Self" requires extraordinary self discipline and love for one another. Yet frequently, you should have joy, and fun for that balance in life. The picnic gave one and all the opportunity to have that balance. Thank you Rotarians who came out in true Rotarian fashion with food and drink so that we had more than we could eat or carry home. As a result, we made a hefty donation of food to Bethlehem House, which I am certain they appreciated.

As Club Administrator, Rotarian Ida would like to extend thanks to one and all, and especially to: Rotarian Jose, and the Marriott; Grill Master, PP Archie for a superb job, and to our 2nd Grill Master, President Simon for so much support, and ,who believe it or not took over grill duties from PP Archie. Thanks, Rotarian 'Turo' for the real charcoal.

Thank you Cassie for your support and help. We didn't have the Tug of War, but I saw some superb Hula Hoopers out there. It was fun. And, to the Rotarians who came through with food contributions the food was delicious, thank you. To those who gave $$, we appreciate you so much. Rotarian Pierre for Le Booze. Kudos to PE Eric... Last but not least, we could not have had the great time we had without the great music supplied by PP Ash. Thanks Ash.
