SPEAKER'S CORNER--PP YVONNE THRAEN, PROGRAM CHAIR
UPCOMING PROGRAMS & SPEAKERS
Please note that our featured speakers will be listed in the Tattler with dates and topics for the month.
The Rotary theme of the month for August is Membership Extension. Accordingly, we will promote the recruitment of new members. Please bring potential new members to our meetings, especially when you feel they might enjoy a particular speaker.
The month's ahead will feature a variety of topics, including but not limited to, banking, education, entrepreneurship, genealogy, solid waste management, health, public/private ventures and other topics.
Presenters will be drawn from all three islands as well as off-island. Club members, many of whom are involved in key governmental and private sector agencies, will be featured.
As Program Chair for this year, I and my committee look forward to bringing timely, absorbing and entertaining programs and speakers to our meetings. Please feel free to recommend topics of interest.
