ROTARY II HAPPENINGS

Visiting Rotarians, friends and family gathered at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef's Ballroom last week to celeberate the installation of our 2009-2010 President, Simon Kevin Caines, and the new Board of Directors.  President Simon was installed by Past District Governor Mulo Alwani and Past District Governor Richard E. W. Grant. Past President and now Assistant District Governor for USVI North, Cheryl George-Chance was in attendance to offer her heartfelt congratulations and deliver a message of inspiration for all Rotarians anxious to continue to Lead The Way and Make Dreams Real. An added highlight was when Virgin Islands songstress Lorna Freeman-Dennis performed two very moving musical selections. Needless to say, Simon's mom beamed with pride as she and his extended family and friends came out in full support of our new president!
