RI International Convention & District Conference

R.I. has made it easier than ever to register - and both the Convention Registration and Ticket form, as well as the Hotel Reservation form (with maps of the Salt Lake City area) are available on line.? If you do not have access to the internet and wish to register, please let me know as I'd be happy to print out the forms and information for you.

To find these forms, go to http://www.rotary.org/.Then, click on the word "Events" at the top of the web page.On that page, you will find, in the left hand column, information on the Salt Lake City Convention, as well as materials for downloading.?You may register on line, print out the forms and fax them, or send them on via snail mail.

In order to register, you must have three pieces of information - two of which are provided here.First, you need your District Number - 7020.Second, you need your Club number - 6795. Third, you need your R.I. membership number. If you don't know your membership number, there are two ways to get it.First, ask your Club Secretary as each person's membership number is contained in the Club's membership report to R.I.Second, and this is easier, your membership number is the eight (8) digit number on the left immediately above your name on your Rotarian Magazine address label.?With this information you are good to go!

District Conference

The dates and place have been set for the District Conference: 1-6 May, 2007 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort. More information and registration forms will soon be available at the District 7020 website, which is easily accessible from our own Clubrunner site. When you get to the main page of our site, you will see the District link on the left side of our homepage. If you are reading this, you've probably already discovered the link!
