President Lorraine's December Message

This month is Family Month and we at Rotary II should take pride in celebrating the family of Rotary, which in addition to individual Rotarians, includes all of those who are involved in Rotary's work from the Rotary Foundation program alumni to participants in Rotary youth programs in thousands of communities around the world.

 Spouses and children of Rotarians should play a vital role in Rotary too. Rotary clubs benefit immensely when they strive to achieve a balanced interaction between Rotarians and their families, enhancing home lives and family interactions.

 This month as we extend ourselves to our adopted Senior Citizens, all the participants in our Rotary Youth Programs our District Governor Guy Theodore for 2011-2012 as he visits with us,  our extended family the community….let us Reach Within to Embrace Humanity and enjoy the true meaning of family!

 I would be remiss if I did not take this special opportunity to wish each and every one a wonderful Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year!
