Make up a Meeting Online

1. In your internet browser, type: http://www.rotaryeclubone.org/.
   
2. Once the site loads, click on "Make-up Programs" on the grey panel just below the site's banner image.
3. A page will open that lists a variety of articles on various programs of Rotary.  Click on any of the articles to read the story.  Note:  Some articles are longer than others.  In order to receive make-up credit, you are required to spend at least 30 minutes on the site.  This means that if you select a short article, you may have to read one or two more.
4. After you have finished reading your article(s), scroll back up to the grey panel and click on "Request Makeup".  The page that opens contains quite a bit of information, including an option for you to make a contribution to the site through PayPal.  Please do so if you are so inclined.  If not, scroll towards the bottom of the page and look for a box, bordered in maroon, that reads, "If you have already donated or do not wish to contribute now, click here".  Simply click on "Click here" in that box.
5. On the page that opens, click on the "Request Makeup Form" button.  It's on a blue background.
6. A page will open where you complete a very short online form.  You will need to know our district number, which is 7020. On the second page of the form you will answer a few brief questions about the article(s) you read.  One the final page of the form, you enter your email address to where your proof of makeup will be emailed.  You can also have the makeup sent directly to Secretary Cassie.  You will need her email address, which can be found in our club directory.

Altogether, the process is very easy and can be completed in 45 minutes.
