LAST WEEK'S TALENT EXTRAVAGANZA

Last week President-Elect Beris Lynch filled in for President Erva (thanks Beris!) for the most exciting meeting of the year so far. We already knew that our club is talented but who knew we had so much more talent in our club? Last week Rotarian Lorraine Baa-Elisha and PP Yvonne Thraen coordinated fabulous entertainment for Rotarians and guests.  Visiting Rotarian Lee A McNelly came all the way from his Massachusetts club to witness it! Two of our newest Rotarians, Cheryl "CJ" Johnson and Chaneel Callwood-Daniels, stepped up to make the show unforgettable.  CJ memorable rendition of a Patsy Cline ballad and Chaneel's clarinet playing wowed the crowd.  Rotarian Tonia Garnett had everyone reciting her poem "Just For Today" along with her. Our very own Secretary Eric Baynes was quite the comedian and Rotarian Toya Andrews vibrantly performed "A Tisket, A Tasket" - you had to be there!  Rotarian Lorraine ended the show with a sultry song perfomance.  Last week's $63 raffle was won by our hard-working PP Yvonne.  Here are some pictures to help you catch up!
