LAST WEEK AT ROTARY II

President Beris pinning IPP Erva Denham as Secretary Lorraine looks on

Our 1450th meeting was blessed by PP Alphonse LaBorde who sang a prayer. Rotarian Clarence Thomas led the recital of the Pledge of Allegiance and PP Ash Newton delivered the Four Way Test.

Rotarian Toya Andrew was our rafflemaster and evidently brought some luck to PP Alphonse LaBorde who was in attendance to fellowship with the membership and our newly installed President, Beris.  PP Alphonse won the $210.00 raffle! :) Rotarian Chaneel won a chance at the card draw but did not pull the joker.  The card draw is already up to $451.00!

The club performed a musical tribute in celebration of President Beris' installation. The tune of "My Guy" was transposed to "Our Club" and "Reach Out and Touch Some Rotarian's Hand" was sung by all present.  Mrs. Beris Lynch, Joann, was also present and a beautiful corsage was presented to her.
