Carol Malo (on the left) and Mike Cook (on the right) are co-moderators for Interact

On Saturday, September 16th, Interact members participated in a beach clean-up at Brewer's Bay. In keeping the beautification-of-our-islands spirit, they have also begun picking up trash along Frenchman's Bay Road, in front of their school (Antilles School), as they adopted the stretch two years ago and committed to its maintenance. Tomorrow Interact President Alexzandra Scully and Interact co-moderators Mike Cook and Carol Malo will attend a Leadership workshop for the school's student leaders to map out a schedule of events for this school year. Later this month, Interact will be joining us at one of our weekly luncheon meetings where their past president, Rene DeJongh will be the speaker. Needless to say, the kids are very excited to be joining us. On Saturday, October 22nd, the group will be involved with the October Sunday Beach Jam supervising games for kids of all ages. This event will be held at Magen's Bay. It has been coordinated to enhance the operation of the Family Resource Center.  Paint scheduling of the children's room of the Family Resource Center is currently being coordinated.
