FORMER U.S. ATTORNEY DRAWS LARGE AUDIENCE

Last week, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and Virgin Islands native, Wilma A. Lewis, addressed Rotary II and discussed the various approaches to appointing judges to courts.  Her appearance drew a full house with guests including visiting Rotarian and former Senator Elmo D. Roebuck, IRB Director Louis Willis, and several members from the Virgin Islands Bar Association. Her proud parents, Walter and Juta Lewis, were also in attendance.
