The follow ing is an excerpt of DG Diana's September Message. To read it in its entirety go District 7020 Website.
September is the month when we highlight “New Generations” – and take a peek into how we can “Build a Community” of a New Generation and take strategic steps towards “The Future of Rotary.”
New Generations month provides the catalyst for us to take that look into the future, and what better way to do it than to spend time with, and seek the opinions of, our future members. We should not underestimate the influence we have on the junior members of our Rotary Family but, even as we guide them in their development, we should also take the opportunity to learn some lessons from them.
