BVI FRIENDSHIP WEEKEND
OCTOBER 30, 2010
Tentative Schedule
Friday October 29th at 7:00pm Fellowship Dinner at Crown Bay Gaming & Sports Lounge, followed at 9:00 pm Fellowship, fun and dance. Dress: Casual & Comfortable.
Saturday October 30th: 9:00am Fellowship Breakfast at Magens Bay. 11:00am Friendship Day Event: Lunch , Magens Bay. Dress: Beachwear. This is an opportunity to bring your family and friends and enjoy our fellow Rotarians from the surrounding Rotary Clubs.

Rotary II Members: Pres. Eric would like a response as to whether you will be attending the BVI/USVI Friendship Activities. Listed is a tentative scheduel. Please review and respond as we need a count to plan for enough food. Admisssion is free to all the activities.
HELP WANTED
The overnight stay will
be home-hospitality accommodations, as an alternative to a hotel
stay.
Rotarians of USVI North are asked to open their homes to
visiting Rotarians, as a means to
enhance fellowship over the weekend.
