Rotary dues are due, please either bring your check in the amount of $225 to a meeting or mail it to PO Box 700, STJ, 00831 this month.
What a success Children's Carnival Village was!
With thousands of tickets sold, we know lots of our kids had a great time. We had volunteers from all walks of life help out each night. Special thanks to Marta and Terry Lansdale who brought another crew of wonderful young adults down from the States to help. Next year we will try to pull more people from the community to help.
President Alecia's installation was held at Moonlight Serenade (rapidly becoming our official Rotary house) and Past ADG Mike and New ADG Marston were both there to make sure everyone got sworn in.
Our third Wednesday of the month evening meetings have been quite a hit and the more casual atmosphere allows for great fellowship and planning.
The Better World books have arrived and will be shipped to St. John Wednesday (watch for a last minute email on the time, and try to stop by for the opening of the trailer), then to the Curriculum Center on St. Thomas Thursday and finally to St. Croix on Monday. Many people have played a part in the logistics to get them this far.
