Rotary St John 2012 Scholarship
This year’s applicants for the St John Rotary Scholarship, were all outstanding. It was a challenge for the scholarship committee to select a winner from this talented group of St John graduating seniors. But choose we must.
The St John graduating seniors who qualified as finalists for this year’s scholarship are:
- Ms. Coral Breuning
- Ms. Julia Hogroian
- Ms. Grace Bartolucci
- Mr. Patrick Smith
The Rotary Club of St John is pleased to announce that this year’s St John Rotary scholarship has been awarded to Mr. Patrick Smith.
Patrick is graduating first in his class from Gifft Hill School and has been accepted to attend the school of engineering at Seton Hill University to pursue a degree in forensic science or engineering. Upon graduation Patrick plans to eventually return home to the Virgin Islands to give back to the community. We congratulate Patrick for all his achievements in life and wish him the best in his pursuit of a higher education!
