Prez says

and its people as they start their road to recovery and rebuilding.  We in the Virgin Islands have, once again, been spared.  We are also glad to hear that St. Croix is now able to apply for federal relief due to the drought and are thankful that you are fully powered by WAPA. Thanks to God, Jah, etc.

 

Never a dull moment:  first the windstorm, then the island politics, and the return of our children to school.  St. John Rotary, as is customary, will distribute supplies to all children in St. John schools. We know that our students are appreciative of this largess.  BJ, the custom employees must recognize you instantly each year as you return with these items.  Your efforts are noted.  Thank you.
