Part of the fun is the friendly competition amongst them for bragging rights to “Best in Category” as determined by a panel of culinary professionals. This year our judges were led by Jan Robinson (St Thomas) and included Chris Mitchell (St Thomas), Eileen Mills (Lake Placid, NY), Kim McCall (St Thomas), James Crowther (St Thomas), and Richard Wiggins (St John).
