Year 3 students from Savannah Primary Tour Library

Today Rotary Central hosted over 40 Year 3 students from Savannah Primary at the GT Library for a Tour of the new facility in recognition of Literacy Month. The tour included all 3 floors of the new GT library and librarians informed the students not only on the set up of the library but also how to get a library card so you can check out books "free of charge"! The session commenced with a story time and refreshments. At the end of the tour each student was given a book from Rotary Central and a goodie bag which included the signup sheet for a library card. Well done Rotarian Carol and Margaret for planning this event and to those Rotarians that came to show their support -PP Peter, PP Dave, Dir Larry, Desiree and Sandy C!
