Work Party Saturday July 19, 2008

Dear Club Members, we need to perform some maintenance and clean up on the bus shelters this coming Saturday.
Here is what we need: gasoline powered weed whacker, tools for trimming bushes and small branches, ladder to reach the roof of shelters, paper towels and windex, pick up truck to carry gear and haul away the trimmings and one big flower pot.
Bring Garbage bags, gloves, and if I can have a volunteer to bring driking water that would be great.
I'm not sure where we'll meet yet as it depends on whether we can borrow a pick up truck.
There's about five or ten shelters we need to visit. If we can get going by 8 am we should be finished by 11 am.
If you can come out please email "gvasic@cns.ky" and specifics will be forwarded by the end of the week.
