This year's Festival Award goes to Wesleyan student.
Janell Jeremiah, a student at Wesleyan Christian Academy, is this year's winner of the Rotary Central National Children's Festival of the Arts literary award. Janell was judged to have written the best piece with a Caymanian theme.
President Neville presented the perpetual trophy, which will be held by the school for one year. In addition, Janell received a personal trophy.
Rotary Central has been presenting the award since its inception in 1993.
