President Neville Presented the First Paul Harris Fellow of this Rotary Year
On August 26th, President Neville presented the first Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Year to his wife, Doreen.
"I am particulary pleased to be able to present the first Paul Harrris Fellow to my wife of almost 55 years and my best friend" said President Neville.
