JA Banquet and Awards Evening

There was a great turnout of achievers, parents, JA Board members, Rotarians and guests in the ballroom of the Marriott for the annual presentation of awards to the Junior Achievement Programme participants. There were individual awards for the male and female Achiever of the Year; President of the Year; Vice President of Finance; Vice President of Human Resources; Vice President of Production; Salesperson of the Year; Product of the Year and finally, Company of the Year. The ultimate prize this year went to the company from Cayman Brac "Sea Breezes Ltd." whose President, Zachary Jones, also won the President of the Year prize. The keynote speaker was the winner of this year's Young Caymanian Leader Award, Mr. Collin Anglin. He encouraged the youngsters to think "WIN" in their lives and aim for the stars. Pictured is our own PP Dave Phipps presenting the award to the winning Vice President of Production. The Governor, Duncan Taylor, also attended the event.
