Guest Speaker

Our thanks go to Ms. Nicola Williams for her informative and interesting talk on Tuesday evening. She enlightened the members as to the role and scope of the Complaints Commissioner's office and explained a bit about the process and precedures for investigating a complaint against the Government. She also talked about how a complaint upheld could lead to a change in the way things are done. There were some very thought provoking questions...and answers. Ms. Williams was introduced by Rot. Michael Mandish and the vote of thanks was given by Rot. Naude Dreyer.
