Diabetes 0n "Talk Today"

On Wednesday, March 23rd, Rotary Central hosted its one hour monthly diabetes talk show programme on Radio Cayman's Cayman talk show "Talk Today". The programme's topic was "Diabetes in Pregnancy", and the presenting specialists were Rotary Central's very own PP Dr. George Meggs MB;BS;DM (O&G);FACOG;FRCOG; and Bethany Smith BScND; MScPHN, from the Cayman Islands Health Services. One of Rotary Central's newest members, Dr. Else Christofferson MB. BCh. LRCP & SI, was April's (8th) medical specialist on Rotary Central's monthly diabetes talk show programme on Radio Cayman's Cayman talk show, "Talk Today". It was quite fitting to have Dr. Christofferson address diabetes related issues so soon after the successful launch of the Club's annual island-wide diabetes screening event, during which she had offered professional consultation.
