Club Assembly

We will be having a club assembly during our meeting next week, July 28th.

We will be starting the meeting early at 6:30 instead of 7:00 PM.

From 6:30 - 6:45 arrivals will be given a ticket that is good for one free drink at the door.

There will be some light appy's served (compliments of Ercole).

We will have tables set up for the various avenues of service for people to come to for more information and to sign up for projects and committees for the year.

The regular meeting will start late at 7:45. I am not planning a late ending to the meeting, just a short regular meeting (enough time to eat dinner).

In addition to the drink tickets all arrivals will receive a "passport". This passport is to be signed off at each of the tables. Persons who attend all of the tables will be eligable for a special raffle draw.
