Virtual Installation and Changeover Ceremony

President Malcolm and President-Elect Gina McBryan invite you to register for the first virtual Installation of Officers and Changeover celebration for the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman. This event will be held on the Zoom platform on Saturday, 27th June from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m with Past President Alan Roffey as our Master of Ceremony.

Zoom details have been provided to all registered attendees as well as listed below for convenience.

Date: Saturday, 27 June
Mimosa Mingling Fellowship: 1:00 - 1:20pm
Welcome & Ceremony: 1:20pm - 3:00pm
Dress Code: Business Casual in colours of Blue, Gold or Red

Details: Please bring along your partners/spouse to the event and ensure you have a glass of bubbles and orange juice to raise as we toast President Malcolm's successful year and ring in a new Rotary year for President-Elect Gina and her Board of Directors.

• Dress in colours of Blue, Gold or Red
• Have a drink in hand ready to toast when the Master of Ceremonies kicks everything off (refills are encouraged)
• First 20 minutes will be dedicated to fellowship, mingling and catching up with one another
• Mute your mic when you are not talking. During the ceremony the host will automatically mute all attendees to cut down on background noise
• Turn your videos on as we would like to see you, and a group photo will be taken about half way through
• Make sure you have your name labeled correctly so we can easily know who you are
• Ceremony will conclude at 3pm but you are welcome to stay to enjoy more fellowship
