The refurbishment of the Sir Olva Georges Plaza is very near to completion.  The fountain is now up and running and the plants have been treated and pruned.  We are currently working with the Department of Environmental Health towards eliminating mosquito vector issues.

The fountain will be painted, bollards and nozzles will be installed and the benches will be refurbished.  We will continue the rehabilitative garden care and deep watering in the dry season.  The Plaza requires basic maintenance and the establishment of routine groups interested in ongoing participation.

Upon completion, Rotary is planning a handoff to the City Manager so that the project could extend to adjacent Public Gardens.
