Rotarians and guests today reflected on and celebrated World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) at the Club’s general luncheon meeting.  Every year on the 21st of March, people around the world celebrate the WDSD, a day that is officially recognized by the United Nations to be on 21st March. Several BVI Rotarians today wore colored socks and other garments to raise public awareness in support of the rights, inclusion and well being of differently abled persons.  We also had visiting Rotarian Caleb Lucien from Haiti in attendance. We are an organization that foster understanding and serve humanity in our communities and all around the world.
