The Blue Plumagos wave past the smiles of the yellow Alamandas. They greet you with such gusto on approaching the Round-about at Port Purcell.

Theflowers at the site had been carefully patterned in rotary-wheel design, and Immediate Past President Leroy saw through to the design being finalised. A Photo image to the top right displays the original draft of round-about design.

Early August Past President Archibald Christian arranged for a team to prune and weed the overgrowths at the Port Purcell round-about, and at a recent board meeting IPP Leroy announced that negotiations were in progress with the government (of the British Virgin Islands) to have a water-line installed to the plants.

Once pipes are installed, it will be easier to provide the water nourishment needed by the plants.
