The BVI Rotary Family is gearing up for an exciting and historic visit by our Rotary International President Barry Rassin and First Lady Esther from August 9-11, 2018.
The Rassins will also be accompanied by District 7020 Governor Dr. Patrick Adizua and his wife. Their visit will commemorate the Rotary Club of Tortola’s 50th Anniversary. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime for many Rotary members as this is the first time an RI President will visit the British Virgin Islands and it’s the first time some members will meet an RI President too.
President Rassin’s theme for this Rotary year is to “Be the Inspiration”.
Planned activities include visiting all the Rotary Clubs, Foundation Dinner Gala, tour of our Rotary projects and presentation by our Assistant Governor Elvis Harrigan, call upon Governor Gus Jaspert and Premier Orlando Smith.
