Recognition for BVI Doctors and Pilots

Clas Burin, Geronimo Jones, Velkis Rhymer and the honourable Orlando Smith were the doctors, who at a moment's notice administered medical care and love to the victims of Haiti.  The Pilots who flew the doctors on their mission of help for Haiti, were Mark Stephenson, Kerry Gold, Bob Lamir, Tom Gerker and Derek Butler.

The doctors and pilots were honoured by the Rotary Clubs of the BVI. They were awarded plaques for their humanitarian efforts toward the people of Haiti. The awards were given at a Rotary Clubs of the BVI meeting, which was held to mark the 105th anniversary of Rotary International.
