More Rotarians Receive Leadership Training

The club's own Past President Mary Finley and Past Secretary Monica Ramjeet were trainers. Rotarians taking part in the course were: VP Nigel Bailey, PP Lloyd Black, PADG Gerard Farara, PADG Audley Maduro, PP Delma Maduro, PP Ron Potter, SGT Lorna Smith and P Sec. Valerie Thomas. Several members from the Rotary Club of Road Town also traveled to St. Thomas for the training course.
The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase their base of knowledge in Rotary.
Courses are fun, topical, interactive, and geared toward busy business and professional persons who want to be more effective leaders in their vocation and club and more knowledgeable Rotarians.
