The Rotary Club of Tortola held a membership orientation on Saturday, 15th September 2018 to share the Rotary story to new and prospective members increasing their knowledge of what Rotary does.

There were about 65 persons in attendance at the orientation which shows the vibrancy and interest in an organization of great merit in helping the less fortunate and improving communities.

Topics presented on were:

1. History and organization of Rotary International.

2. Mission of Rotary International.

3. Benefits of being a member of Rotary International.

4. Rotary International Projects and Initiatives.

5. Responsibilities of members – attendance; make-up and financial obligations.

6. Club projects – past and present.

7. Club Structure and Current Officers and District

8. Structure and Current Officers.

9. Rotary Foundation

10. Rotary Pins
