Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe is sponsored by President Leory Moses.  She is the first sibling to be inducted into any of the Rotary Clubs.

Ingrid A Moses-Scatliffe is one of the founding partners of Orion Law.  She advises clients on conveyancing, commercial and civil matters.  Moses-Scatliffe recently served with the Government of the British Virgin Islands as the Chief Registrar of Lands from November 2007 to December 2009. 

She holds a Masters of Laws Degree from City University, London and a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the University of Wolverhampton.  She was admitted as a Barrister to the bar of England and Wales in July 2006 and to the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the Territory of the British Virgin Islands in December 2006.  A member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, Moses-Scatliffe also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Management from St. Augustine's College in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Board and Capital Productions.  She is also a Certified Mediator with specific focus on the resolution of matrimonial, land and employment disputes.

Her hobbies include reading, tennis, travelling and meeting new people.
