DG Haresh and First Lady toured the Roger Downing Boardwalk

Rotarian Thor Downing, son of Mr. Roger Downing, accompanied DG Haresh and First Lady as they toured the Roger Downing Boardwalk at the Hamilton Lavity Stoutt Community College. President of the Rotary Club of Tortola, Mrs. Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe has vowed that the organization, under her leadership, will complete the Roger Downing Boardwalk at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.
The President noted that the project is a significant project which, although no completed in its entirety, it is utilized by both locals and visitors alike. The completion of the Boardwalk is one of the goals for this year as mentioned by President Ingrid at her Installation Dinner.
