Club Inducts New Member

Cate Stephenson became the newest member of the Rotary Club of Tortola on Thursday, July 31.
Cate (Catherine) owns and operates Surf Song Villa Resort at Well Bay, Beef Island, together with her husband, Mark.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Cate first sailed to the BVI in 1999 on her private yacht. She and Mark have made the BVI their permanent home since 2004.
Cate previously worked in fashion and music marketing, where she organized numerous fundraising events. Her parents were both in service clubs, and she had a strong desire to follow in their footsteps.
Cate's sponsor was Rtn. Derrylyn Churchwell. Her classification is hotelier.
