Club members voted on changes to the Club's by-laws on Thursday, Sept. 28. Nominations for the 2007-8 Rotary Year were put off until October 5.

All of the by-law changes were approved as proposed with the exeption of a new rule that would have required all club officers and board members to attain at least 70 percent attendance.

Instead, the membership voted to use the minimum 60 percent attendance requirement.

The changes came about as a result of several recent changes to Rotary International's by-laws. Each club is required to keep its by-laws in line with those of Rotary International.
