Other top winners were EZ & Star Shipping for most creative entry; Scooby Gang for best costume; Sun, Sand & Sea for most team spirit, Christmas Treasures for best decorated car, and Paloma Helm & Company for ugliest car. In all, 27 entries took part in the rally--a type of treasure hunt on wheels.

Organizer of the event, Rotarian Julien Johnson, said the rally was a success. "Everyone had a great day. I want to thank the teams who went all out with decorations and costumes and brought a great spirit of fun to the day. I also want to thank everyone who came out to enjoy the activities at the Festival Grounds," Johnson said. "We certainly achieved our three goals which were to promote road safety, raise funds for the community, and, most importantly, have a good time.

Johnson also thanked the Rotaract and Interact Clubs, the Tortola Ladies Club, and the Traffic Department of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force for helping to make the event a success.
