The honour fell to ADG Rtn. Vance Lewis to install the new Board members during the dinner. Members installed were: President Percy Rhoden, Vice President Nigel Bailey, President elect for 2009-10 Leroy Moses, Secretary Sam Welch, Sergeant-at-Arms Lorna Smith, Directors Leroy Abraham, Christopher Ghiose, Susanna Henighan Potter, and Immediate Past President Mary Finley-Jones.

Newly installed President Percy outlined his goals and objectives for the upcoming Rotary Year. He mentioned that the President of Rotary International Dong Kurn Lee has delivered a strong call to all Rotary Clubs. One of the important issues is Child Mortality. "I hope that some of the projects outlined this year will assist in reducing the child mortality rates here and aboard. Besides responding to the call of the Int'l President, during my presidency we will be focusing on fundraising generally so that we can effectively make a difference not only in that area but in order to fulfill our commitment to serving the BVI Community"

President Percy also emphasized that he wants to ensure that all club members play an active role in projects during the upcoming Rotary year.

Rtn. Stephen Cooper, a member of the outgoing board, gave a Toast to the New Board at the conclusion of the dinner.
